Tubes collected from shares or www.
No infringement intended. No profit realized. 

1. Open a new transparent image 640 X 425 pixels.
Pick two colors from on of the tubes.
Light color for the foreground. #E0D2D0
Dark color for the background. #B4948F
In the top box chose gradient angle 0; repeat 0; invert not checked; 
Style radial; H & V 50; Link center and local points checked.

2. Flood fill the image with this gradient.

3. .Effects > Plugins > I.C. Net Software > Filters Unlimited 2. > Distortation
Smelter 1.


4. Copy and paste the music notes tube as a new layer.
Leave it centered.

5. Copy and paste the sleepinggirl tube as a new layer. Move it to the
bottom left. 

6. Copy and paste the balletdancer tube as a new layer. Move it to the
top right. 

7. Copy and paste the WordArt101. Place them as you please.

8. Layer > New raster layer > add your mark.

9. Image > add border > 1 symmetric black

10. Image > add border > 10 symmetric your dark color.

11. Image > add border > 1 symmetric black

12. Export through the .JPEG optimizer and save.

Background.

1. Make a duplicate of the music notes tube.

2. Image > Canvas size> 1280 x 425 and choose middle/center position.

3. Layers > New raster layer
Layers > arrange > move to bottom.
Flood fill this layer with the gradient.

4. Effects > Plugins > I.C. Net Software > Filters Unlimited 2. > Distortation
Smelter 1.

5. Effects > image effects > seamless tiling @ default.

6. Layers > Merge > Merge all (flatten)

7. Export using the .JPEG optimizer and save.
