Just the Two of Us
Supplies:
PSP (I used PSP 9)
Letter Creator (optional)

These supplies were gathered from several
resources. If one of them is your and you want credit, please let me
know.
Place the Corners Album frame in your PSP Picture Frames.
Open the other supplies in PSP.
Open a new Transparent Image 600 X 600 Pixels.
Choose two color from your image.
Place the light one (#B9CF86) in your foreground box.
Place the dark one (#6F933C) in your background box.
Flood fill your image with the dark color.
Layers > New Mask Layer > From Image and find the Mask 015> OK
Layers > Merge> Merge Group
You can close the mask now.
Copy and Paste the lacedoily tube as a New Layer. You may close the doily.
Choose the graphic you are using. In the Layer Palette promote BG Layer.
Image > Picture Frame > Corners album > OK.
Layers > Merge> Merge All (flatten)
Copy and Paste your framed image as a New Layer.
Leave it centered.
You may close this image
Copy and paste the katgrrenflac tube as a new layer.
Move it to the upper right corner.
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow with these settings.
H & V =3, O= 50, blur = 5, color black.
Layers > Duplicate. Move the copy to the bottom right.
Keep these open.
Copy and paste the hearts as a new layer.
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow with these settings.
H & V =3, O= 50, blur =5, color black. Move them to the bottom right
Keep these open.
Copy and Paste the greenbow_roses tube as a new layer.
Move to the upper left and us the same Drop Shadow as before.
Keep open.
Copy and Paste the paleroses tube as a new layer.
Move to the bottom and use the same Drop Shadow as before.
Rotate as you desire.
Keep open.
Layers > New Raster Layer >
Layers > Arrange > Send to Bottom.
Flood fill this layer with your light color.
Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Add Noise >
10% with Gaussian and Monochrome checked.
Highlight the top layer.
Layers > New Raster Layer > Add your mark.
Layers > Merge > Merge All (flatten).
Resize to your desired size using Bicubic Resampling.
Export using the JPEG optimizer and save as header.
Background
Choose from the tubes you have left open for a side border.
Use one or a combination.
Image > Canvas Size > 1280 and the height of your tube(optional add 20 pixels)
I resized the greenbow_roses to 85% and then added my canvas.
Layers > New Raster Layer
Layers > Arrange > Send to bottom
Flood fill this layer with your light color.
Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Add Noise >
10% with Gaussian and Monochrome checked.
Back to Layer one > Use the Drop Shadow used on the header.
Layers > Merge > Merge All (flatten).
Export using the JPEG optimizer and save as background.
