Framed Floral
This tutorial was inspired by an old tutorial by Mayza's House.
Her site is no longer available. I have used some of her settings.

Unplugged Shapes Plug-in
Penta. com Plug-In
FM Tile Tools (Blend Emboss) Plug-in

Supplies Shown Below Here
Gold Pattern, Graphic, Corner and Color Pattern
Open Patterns, Corner, and Graphics. Duplicate graphic and close the original
Colorize the Color Pattern if preferred.
Find the Gold Pattern in your foreground box under patterns.
Set the angle at 0 and the scale at 250
Set the foreground color to a color from your graphic.
In the background Find the Color Pattern under patterns
Set the angel at 0 and the scale at 150.
Set the background color to black
Resize the graphic to 85% using Bicubic resampling.
Repeat.
Image > add borders 2 symmetric white
Select the border with the magic wand with tolerance and feather at ).
Flood fill with the gold pattern
Selections > Select None
Image > add borders 1 symmetric black
Image > add borders 3 symmetric with your chosen color.
Select the border with your magic wand.
Effects > 3D Effects > Inner Bevel with these settings:
You might want to save these settings because we will be using
another inner bevel and moving back and forth with them. Call this 105a

Image > add borders 2 symmetric white
Select the border with the magic wand
Flood fill with the gold pattern
Selections > Select none.
Image > add borders 1 symmetric black
Image > add borders 5 symmetric with your chosen color.
Select the border with your magic wand.
Effects > 3D Effects > Inner Bevel 105a
Selections > Select None.
Image > add borders 1 symmetric black
Image > Add borders > 22 symmetric white.
Select the border with the magic wand
Flood fill with the color pattern
Effects > Plug-ins > UnPlugged Shapes > Spokes with these settings.

Keep Selected.
Layers > New Raster Layer
Flood fill with your color.
In the layer palette change the mode to Multiply
Layers > Merge < Merge All (flatten)
Keep Selected.
Effects > Plug-ins > FM Tile Tools > Blend Emboss at default.
Keep Selected.
Effects > eD Effects > Inner Bevel with settings below.
You might want to save this setting as 105b.

Selections > Select none.
Image > add borders 1 symmetric black
Image > add borders 2 symmetric white
Select the border with the magic wand
Flood fill with the gold pattern
Selections > Select none.
Image > add borders 1 symmetric black
Image > add borders 3 symmetric with your chosen color.
Select the border with your magic wand.
Effects > 3D Effects > Inner Bevel with the105a settings:
Selections > Select none.

Image > add borders 2 symmetric white
Select the border with the magic wand
Flood fill with the gold pattern
Selections > Select none.

Image > Add Borders > 27 symmetric with your white.

Flood fill with the Color Pattern
Keep Selected
Effects > Plug-ins > Two Moon > Wish it would rain at default.
Keep Selected.
Effects > Plug-ins > FM Tile Tools > Blend Emboss at default.
Keep Selected
Effects > 3D effects > Inner Bevel with the 105b settings.
Selections > Select None.

Image > add borders 2 symmetric white
Select the border with the magic wand
Flood fill with the gold pattern
Selections > Select none.

Image > add borders 5 symmetric with your chosen color.
Select the border with your magic wand.
Effects > 3D Effects > Inner Bevel 105a
Selections > Select None.

Image > add borders 2 symmetric white

Flood fill with the gold pattern
Selections > Select none.
Image > add borders 1 symmetric black
Image > Add borders > 32 symmetric with your chosen color.
Select the border with the magic wand.
Effects > Penta.com > Dot and cross at default
Keep Selected.
Effects > 3D Effects > Inner Bevel 105b
Selections > Select None.
Image > add borders 1 symmetric black
Image > add borders 2 symmetric white
Select the border with the magic wand
Flood fill with the gold pattern
Selections > Select none.
Image > add borders 1 symmetric black
Add a New Raster Layer and add your mark.
Layers > Merge > Merge All (flatten)
Copy your corner > Paste as a new layer on to your frame.
With your mover tool, move it to the upper left corner.
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow with these settings.
H & V = 1; O = 1; Blur = 1; Color = black
Effects > Plug-in Effects > Simple > Top Left Mirror.
Merge All (flatten) and export using the .JPEG optimizer and save
That's your frame.
Background.
Choose a portion of your left side border.
Be sure to seamless tile it at edge and vertical.
Let the numbers set themselves.
Add a background using your color or choice.
Add what ever texture you like.
Merge All (flatten) and export using the .JPEG optimizer and save
Go to Letter Creator and put it together.
This tutorial is just a guide. What
you do with it is your choice.
Try another type of graphic. A
taller and less wide portrait will look just as good as the frame is
shifted 90%.
Please do not make changes and then claim it as your own.
It is strictly the results of an old tutorial I did several years ago. I have used some of Mayza's setting.
