Letter Creator
Xenefex 1.1 Plug In Here

Supplies Here:
MEpie tube by Cher Switz
lines tube
MEbowl of cherries tube
Mask by Hooty

Open your tubes and mask in PSP . Duplicate the pie tube and close the original.
Minimize the other tubes and the mask.

In your Materials Palette, set the foreground to white and the background
to black. In the background box choose pattern and find the lines image.
Set the angel to 0 and the size to 50%. You can minimize this tube.

With the pie tube active,
Image > Canvas Size > 600 X 450 pixels. Center placement.

Layers > New Raster Layer >
Layers > Arrange > Send to bottom.

Flood fill with white.
The flood fill with the lines in the background box.
(The little white that shows around the stain will hardly show in the Letter)

With the background active:
Effects > plugins > Xenofex1.1> Stain with these settings.

Highlight Layer 1 in the Layers Palette

Layers > New Raster Layer >
Add your text. (I used black in my background box. )

Layers > New Raster Layer> Add your mark.

Layers > Merge > Merge All (flatten)

Export using the .JPEG Optimizer and save as your header.

Background
Change the background color to #b2142b (red)

Open a New Image 300 X 300 image.
Flood fill with red

Layers > New Mask Layer> from Image and find the 19hootyedgemask.
Make sure invert mask data is checked. Apply.
Layers > Merge > Merge group.

Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow
H=0, V=3, O = 50, B=8, color black

Copy the bowl of cheeries tube and Paste as a new layer on the
masked image. Move the tube slightly to the left.
I make my borders higher than the image, because I don't like them close
together.

Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow
H&V=3, O = 50, B=8, color black

Image > Canvas Size > 1024 X300 - center left placement

Layers > New Raster Layer
Layers > Arrange > Send to bottom.
Flood fill with white.

Then flood fill with the lines tube angel 0 and size 50%
Or use a texture you like. How about both? I just used the lines.

Effects > Image Effects > Seamless tiling > use edge/vertical, 12% and 100%

Highlight the top layer
Layers>New Raster Layer >
Add your mark.

Layers > Merge > Merge All (flatten)

Export using the .JPEG Optimizer and save as your background.

Open Letter Creator and assemble your Letter
