Open tubes in PSP. Duplicate and close the originals.

Open a new transparent image 450 X 450 pixels.
Flood fill with #EACAB2 (Peach)
Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Add Noise > Gaussian and Monochrome
checked at 10%

Layer > New Raster Layer.
Flood fill with #916161 (light brown)

Layers > New Mask Layer > From Image > scroll to the 153 mask and apply
Layers > Merge > Merge Group.
Layers > Duplicate twice.
Layers > Merge > Merge visible
(Close the mask)

Image > Resize > to 85%, Bicubic resampling, all layers NOT checked.
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow= V&H=1; O=60; B= 6; color black

Resize the autumnleafcluster tube to 85%, Bicubic resampling, all layers checked. Repeat.

Copy and Paste as a new layer onto the left side of the wreath.
Use the deformation tool to turn and place the leaves where you want them
on the wreath.
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow= V&H=1; O=60; B= 6; color black

Resize the autumnleafcluster tube AGAIN to 85%, Bicubic resampling, all layers checked.
Copy and Paste as a new layer onto the bottom of the wreath.
Use the deformation tool to turn and place. Leave a little space between
the side and bottom tubes.
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow= V&H=1; O=60; B= 6; color black

Activate the fallmums Tube
Resize the fallmums tube to 85%, Bicubic resampling, all layers checked.
Repeat 2 or 3 times.
Copy and Paste as a new layer onto the bottom of the wreath.
Use the deformation tool to turn and/or place it atop the leaves.
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow= V&H=1; O=60; B= 6; color black

Activate the bow tube.
Copy and Paste as a new layer onto the wreath.
Move into place.
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow= V&H=1; O=60; B= 6; color black

Activate the Welcome tube.
Copy and Paste as a new layer onto the wreath.
Move into place.
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow= V&H=1; O=60; B= 6; color black

Layers > New Raster Layer > Add your mark.

Layers > Merge > Merge All (flatten)

Export using the .JPEG Optimizer and save.

BACKGROUND

With your copy of the resized fall leaves cluster use the deformation tool
to turn it straight as in the sample.

Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow= V&H=1; O=60; B= 6; color black

Image > Canvas Size > 1280 X the height of your leaves image.
Choose the left middle placement.
Move the leaves out from the side by placing the stem at 100 pixels.

Flood fill with the peach color.

Adjust > Add/Remove Noise > Add Noise > Gaussian and Monochrome
checked at 10%

Highlight your top layer. Layer > New Raster Layer.
Add flowers and other decorative images each in its own layer.

Layers > Merge > Merge All (flatten)

Export using the .JPEG Optimizer and save.

Go to Letter Creator and assemble your IncrediLetter.
