Open the supplies in PSP

In the materials box place these colors.
Foreground Dark color #C66668
Background Light color #CDA0A3

Open a New transparent Image 600 X 450
Flood fill with the light color.
Effects > Texture Effects > Blinds>
Width = 4; Opacity = 40; color the dark color

Layer > New raster Layer
Flood fill with the dark color.

Layers > New Mask Layer >
Find the gh_photoframestexture mask > Invert Mask Data Checked
OK
Layers > Delete > Yes
Layers > Merge > Merge group

Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow
H & V = 1; Opacity = 65; Blur = 10.00; Color = Black
This will stay the same throughout unless specified. 

Copy the Mtm_transparent_tube91_lady tube
and paste as a new layer. 
In the layers palette, set the mode to Luminace Legacy.
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow

Copy the riri_cr_romanticvignettes_021
and paste as a new layer.
In the layers palette, set the mode to Luminace Legacy.
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow

Copy the rosesilkribbon and paste as a new layer.
You may need to use the derformation tool to
stretch it out to touch each side.
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow

Layers > Duplicate
Image > Rotate > Free Rotate 90% left.
All Layers NOT checked.
Move into position on the right side as shown
in the example. 
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow

Copy the goldheartchain tube and 
paste as a new layer. Position it at the
conjuction of the ribbons near the upper right
as shown. 
In the layers palette, set the mode to Luminace Legacy.
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow

Copy the rosesilkbow and paste as a new layer.
Move it into position over the top link of the chain.
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow

Copy the postcard tube and paste as a new layer
Position it slightly overlapping the ribbon at the top.
Lower the opacity so you can see the ribbon underneath.
Using your lasso tool > point-to-point, draw over the
portion of the postcard that overlaps. Hit delete once.
Now the postcard looks tucked underneath the ribbon.
In the layers palette, set the mode to Luminace Legacy.
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow

Now you can use the wordart I've supplied or another
text of your own choosing. You may even want to
place your name on it. 

Layers > Merge > Merge all (flatten)

Image > Add borders > 1 symmetric black

Image > Add borders . 10 symmetric dark color.
Select the border with your magic wand 
Effects > Texture Effects > Blinds>
Width = 4; Opacity = 40; color the light color
Light from left/top checked.
Repeat but check the horizontal this time.

Image > resize to 80% using Bicubic resampling
with all layers checked.

Layer> New raster layer > Affix your mark.

Layers > Merge > Merge All (flatten).
Export through the .JPEG optimizer and save.

Select a portion of the ribbon and bow as shown
below. Use that for the border image for the background.
Or use your favorite background.

Export through the .JPEG optimizer and save.

Open Letter Creator and finish your Letter.
