All other elements were made by me. 

Open supplies in PSP and minimize.
Set the foreground materials box to pattern and locate the b_w_dot_sue pattern
Set the background materials box to pattern and locate the b_w_ gingham_sue 
pattern
Select black for the background color
Select white for the foreground color.

You may close the tubes as you use them unless specified. 

Open a new transparent image 600 X 450. Flood fill with black
Layers > New Raster Layer Flood fill with white. 
Layers > New Mask Layer > From Image. Browse to the gh_grungeframe7mask,
check the invert mask data box and click ok.
Layers > Merge > Merge Group. You may close the mask now. 

Use your selection tool to draw a rectangle around the center white area of the 
mask. 
Layer > New Raster Layer > Flood fill with the gingham check
Selection > Select None.

Copy the face tube and paste as a new layer. Leave it where it is. 
Close the tube

Copy the stitches tube and Paste as a new layer. These should fit as I made
them for this project, but use your deformation tube if you need to change it.
Close the stitches.

Copy the b_w_bar_button tube and Paste as a new layer. Move it into place
under the tube as shown on the example. Close this tube.

Copy the b_w_ribbon_buckle tube and Paste as a new Layer. Move it to the
top of the image as shown.

Copy the small screw and Paste as a new layer. Move it to the corner of
the "frame" as shown. 
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow > H & V = 1; O = 50; Blur =10; Color black

Layers > Duplicate
Image > Mirror These will have to be moved for the best placement

Layers > Duplicate
Image > Flip

Layers > Duplicate
Image > Mirror 

Copy the bow_heart tube and Paste as a new layer. Move into place as shown.
Effects > Edge effects > Enhance

Copy the X and the O and Paste as a new layer, Move into place.
Effects > Edge effects > Enhance each one.

Copy the silverbar tube and Paste as a new layer. Move into place.
Effects > Edge effects > Enhance
Add test on another Layer if so desired.

Copy the black_silverbar tube and Paste as a new Layer. Move into place.
Add text if so desired on a new layer. Resize as desired.

Layers > Merge > Merge All (flatten)

Image > Add Borders > 10 symmetric white. 
Select the border and flood fill with the gingham pattern.
Effects > 3D Effects > Inner Bevel.


Image > Add Borders > 1 symmetric black. 

Image > Add Borders > 10 symmetric white. 
Select the border and flood fill with the dot pattern.
Effects > 3D Effects > Inner Bevel. Same as before.

Resize to your desired size. 
Layer > New Raster Layer > Affix your mark.

Export using .JPEG optimizer and save. 

Create a pretty background and use this image as a header.

Open Letter Creator and create your letter.
