Open your supplies in PSP. Duplicate the graphic and close the original.

Framed Graphic
With the graphic highlighted, go to Image > Greyscale
Image > Increase color depth to 16 million colors.
Effects > Artistic Effects > Sepia toning >amount to age 60

Now pick two colors from your image. 
A dark for the foreground. #AF957C
A lighter for the background. #BCA78C

Layer > New Raster Layer
Flood fill with light background color.
Layers > New Mask Layer > From Image > 
find the MaskSNFrame014 > OK
Layers > Merge> Merge group.

Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow with these settings.
V & H = 0, Opacity = 100; Blur = O Color black

Image > Add border 1 symmetric black
Image > Add border 3 symmetric dark foreground color
Image > Add border 1 symmetric black
Image> Add border 20 symmetric light background color
Image > Add border 1 symmetric black
Image > Add border 3 symmetric dark foreground color
Image > Resize > 85% Bicubic Resampling All Layers checked
Repeat one time. 
Set framed image aside for later use.

Open a new transparent image 600 X 450
Flood fill with the Light background color.
Copy the doily3 and paste as a new layer.
Image > Rotate > Free Rotate > 15 left All Layers NOT Checked.
In the layers palette set the mode to Luminance Legacy
and lower the opacity to 82.
Effects > 3D Effects > Drop Shadow as below.
V & H 1; Opacity 85; Blur 5 color black

Copy the framed image and paste it as a new layer.
Image > Rotate > Free Rotate > 15 right All Layers NOT checked
If needed resize again. Move toward the right. See my example.
Drop Shadow as before

Click on the GGTimelessTreasures_001
Image > Resize > 85% Bicubic Resampling All Layers checked
Repeat as needed.
Copy the tube and paste as a new layer.
In the layers palette set the mode to Luminance Legacy
and lower the opacity to 82. Move toward the left bottom.
Drop Shadow as before

Click on the Boot1. Image > Resize > 85% Bicubic Resampling 
All Layers checked. Copy and paste as a new layer.
In the layers palette set the mode to Luminance Legacy
and lower the opacity to 82. Move toward the right bottom.
Drop Shadow as before

Copy the wordart and paste it as a new layer. 
In the layers palette set the mode to Luminance Legacy.
Use your judgment about lowering the opacity.
Drop Shadow as before


Layers > Merge > Merge All (flatten)

Image > Add border 1 symmetric black
Image > Add border 3 symmetric dark foreground color
Image > Add border 1 symmetric black
Image> Add border 20 symmetric light background color
Image > Add border 1 symmetric black
Image > Add border 3 symmetric dark foreground color
Image > Resize > 85% Bicubic Resampling All Layers checked
Repeat until desired size is accomplished.

Add a new raster layer and affix your mark.
Merge All (flatten)

Duplicate the image

Export the original through the .JPEG optimizer and save as your header.

With the duplicate, Effects > Image Effects > Seamless Tiling at Default.
Layer > New Raster Layer
Flood fill with the light background color.
Lower the opacity to around 82. We want the bottom layer to
show, but we need to be able to make it text friendly.
Layers > Merge > Merge All (flatten)

Optional*
Effects > Plugins > FM Tile Tool > Blend Emboss.
Repeat.

Export through the .JPEG optimizer and save as your background.

Open Letter Creator and create your IncrediLetter.
