Open your graphic, goldfill, and and mask in PSP.
Minimize the frame.
Duplicate the graphic and close the original
With the selection tool, choose an area from
your graphic see below.

Copy and Paste into the workspace as a new image.
Effects - Image effects - seamless - default
Left click on your graphic and choose a color
for the Foreground Materials boxes, Right click and find
a darker shade for the Background box.
In the Foreground Materials boxes set to pattern, Find your
goldfill. In the Background box set to pattern,
find the pattern you just made.
Layers - New Raster Layer.
Flood fill with the goldfill pattern.
Layers - New Mask Layer - From image -
Find the Ornate small msk. OK

Layers - Merge Group.
Effects - 3DEffects- Drop Shadow.
H&V=1; O =100; Blur=1.00; Color=Black
Shadow on new layer NOT CHECKED.
You may close your mask.
Layers - Merge - Merge All (flatten)
Image - Add Borders - 1 pixel symmetric- black
Image - Add Borders - 3 pixel symmetric the light color in
the foreground box. Select the border and flood fill with
the goldfill pattern.
Deselect
Image - Add Borders - 1 pixel symmetric- black
Image - Add Borders - 5 pixels symmetric the dark color
in the background box.
Image - Add Borders - 1 pixel symmetric- black
Image - Add Borders - 3 pixel symmetric the light color in
the foreground box. Select the border and flood fill with
the goldfill pattern.
Deselect
Image - Add Borders - 1 pixel symmetric- black
Image - Add Borders -20 pixel symmetric the light color in
the foreground box. Select the border and flood fill with
with the pattern in the background box.
With the border still selected -
Effects - Plugins - Simple - Pizza Slice Mirror
With the border selected still -
Effects - Reflection Effects - Kaleidoscope with these settings.

Effects - 3D Effects - Inner Bevel as below

(This is a setting I use often when doing frames. If
you do not like this with your pattern, color, etc.
feel free to use your own settings.)
Deselect
Image - Add Borders - 1 pixel symmetric- black
Image - Add Borders - 3 pixel symmetric the light color in
the foreground box. Select the border and flood fill with
the goldfill pattern.
Deselect
Image - Add Borders - 1 pixel symmetric- black
Image - Add Borders - 5 pixels symmetric the dark color
in the background box.
Image - Add Borders - 1 pixel symmetric- black
Image - Add Borders - 3 pixel symmetric the light color in
the foreground box. Select the border and flood fill with
the goldfill pattern.
Deselect
Image - Add Borders - 1 pixel symmetric- black
Image - Add Borders - 30 pixels background color
Select the border
Effects- Filters Unlimited - Paper Textures - Wallpaper Fine at Default.
Effects - 3D Effects - Inner Bevel as before,
Deselect
Image - Add Borders - 1 pixel symmetric- black
Image - Add Borders - 3 pixel symmetric the light color in
the foreground box. Select the border and flood fill with
the goldfill pattern.
Deselect
Image - Add Borders - 1 pixel symmetric- black
Image - Add Borders - 5 pixels symmetric the dark color
in the background box.
Image - Add Borders - 1 pixel symmetric- black
Image - Add Borders - 3 pixel symmetric the light color in
the foreground box. Select the border and flood fill with
the goldfill pattern.
Deselect
Open your corner - Copy and Paste as a New Layer
onto your framed graphic.
Using the mover tool, move the corner to the top
left corner on the last beveled border.
Effects - 3D Effects - drop shadow and use the
setting we used before on the mask.
Effects - Plugins - Simple - Top Left Mirror.
Resize using Bicubic resampling to a height of
no more than 400 pixels to use as a header.
For a side border resize to no more than 345 pixels wide.
Your framed image is complete.
Export through the .JPEG optimizer and save.
Use a portion of the frame to make a nice side border
as shown below
Select it, Copy and paste as a new image.
Image - Canvas size. Twice the size of your current image
and the exact height.
Layers- duplicate-Mirror.
Layers - Merge - Merge visible

With the side bar activated - Image - Canvas Size
1024 X the exact height of your sidebar.
Left center position.
Layers - New Raster Layer
Layers- Arrange- Send to bottom
Flood fill with your background pattern.
Effects - Image Effects - Seamless tiling - Default.
Adjust- Blur - Gaussian Blur - 15% You may need to adjust the blur to suit your
background Add less blur for more details showing and more blur
for less details showing.
Adjust -Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise
Gaussian and Monochrome checked. 15%
Add your mark here on a new raster layer if you wish.
Layers - Merge - Merge All (flatten)
Export with the .JPEG optimizer and save.
