colors F=#01a8a8 B = 996a6a

Open New transparent image 600 pixels X 450
Flood fill with gradient foreground/background. angle 20 repeat 1 linear.
invert not checked. 
penta.com >dot and cross > default.

Duplicate the the chrismist_vict_rvhc tube. Close the original
Image > Resize > 125% all layers checked using bicubic resampling. 

Copy and paste as a new layer onto the main image. Move it to the far left.
Layers > duplicate
Image > Mirror

Open the chrismist_lace_template1
Remove the top layer and merge visible the remaining layers.
Copy and paste the lacey image as a new layer. Leave where it is. 
Apply Drop Shadow 3-3-50-5 using 996a6a as the color. 

Copy and paste the ballerina tube as a new layer. 
Use the same DS

Copy and paste the balletshoes tube as a new layer.
Use the same DS

Image > add borders > 2 symmetric using the background color.

Image > add borders > 20 symmetric using the foreground color.
Select this border with your magic wand Mode: replace, Match mode: RGB Value, 
Tolerance 0, Feather 0 and flood fill with the gradient as the same as before.
Selections > select none

Image > add borders > 2 symmetric using the background color.

Copy and paste the Cornerila2 tube as a new layer. Move to the top
left as seen in the example. Use the same DS.
Effects > Plugins > Simply > Top left corner at default.

Layer > New raster layer > add your mark.

Layers > Merge > Merge all (flatten)
Resize as you desire. 
Export using the .JPEG optimizer and save.
That's the header!!!

For the background:
Copy a bit of the lace and pearls from the lace template.
Paste as a new image. 
Effects > Seamless tiling, Edge and Vertical with the #'s as they are.

Image > Canvas Size > choose your desired width and set the 
height the same as you lacy border.

Layers > New Raster Layer 
Layers > Arrange > Send to the bottom.

Flood with the gradient at the same settings.

On the border us the drop shadow except the Horizontal on 0
and the blur to 8.
Add what ever other tube you want to the border. I took the pink roses
from the cornilia corner. Same drop shadow as above but with the H back to 3.

Export using the .JPEG optimizer and save.

Got to Letter Creator and make your letter.
Remember to enter once after the header so your text won't be
too close to your header.
