FM Tile Tools - Emboss (here)
Open your supplies in PSP and minimize them.
Open a New transparent image 600 X 500
This will be called "header"
In your foreground materials box use white.
In your background materials box use a deep red(AA100D)
In your foreground materials box change to gradient
foreground/background angle 45; repeats 0; inverted checked.
Linear
Flood fill your transparent image with the gradient.
Effects - Plugins - Xero - Artgrain with these settings.
220, 64, 120
Effects - Plugins- dsb flux - Linear Transmission
with these settings. 12, 12, 50
Effects- Plugins - FM Tiles -Blend Emboss at default setting.
Right Click on the glamorband.jpg graphic and copy
Right click on the header and Paste - As a new layer
Move this image to the bottom of the header and lower
the opacity to 36.
Copy and paste the glamorlady tube as a new layer.
Position her where you want her or use my example
as a guide.
Effects -3D Effects - Drop Shadow (used throughout)

Lower the opacity of this layer to 36

Copy and Paste the glamoracc.tub and move
it to the lower right corner.
Apply the previous drop shadow. The settings
should still be there.
Copy and Paste the glamorgloves and position them
near the top right corner.
Apply the drop shadow.
Copy and Paste the glamorhat and position in
near the center and slightly right.
Apply the drop shadow.
Copy and Paste the glamorshoe. Position it just
above the bottom band and on the left.
Apply the drop shadow.
Layers - Merge - Merge all (flatten)
Resize by 85% using Bicubic resampling.
Repeat the resize.
(Resizing gradually instead of all at once will
retain clarity more easily.)
Effects -Sharpness - sharpen if needed.
(By using Bicubic resampling, there is usually
no need to sharpen the image.)
Image - Add Borders - 2 symmetric in black.
Use your magic want at default settings
to select the border.
Selections - invert
Effects - 3D Effects - Cutout with these settings.
0, 0, 60, 30

Selections - Select none
Image - Add borders - 10 symmetric in white.
select the border with your magic wand and
flood fill with the gradient.
Effects - Plugins - Greg's Factory Output II -
Pool Shadow. Change the intensity to 50.
Leave all other settings at default.
Selections - Select none.
Layer - New Raster Layer -
Using a pretty font, type in your text at the
top left.
Apply the drop shadow of your choice.
(For text I like H & V = 1; 0= 100; Blur = 0 or 1
color = black.)
Layers- New Raster Layer
apply your mark.
Layers - Merge - Merge All (flatten)
Resize to your desired size for headers.
(I like them 400 pixels tall or less.)
Export using the JPEG Optimizer and save.
Create a background to your liking.
This is what I did.
Open a new transparent bg 1024 by 200
or the size you use for your monitor.
Click on your Selections Tool - Custom Selections
with this settings.
Top and Left = 0. Right = 100, Bottom = 200

Change your gradient to Angle to 90
and flood fill the selected area with your gradient.
Effects - Plugins - Xero - Artgrain with settings
used previously.
Apply a drop shadow of
H = 0, V = 3, O =75, Blur = 5
or settings of your choice.
Layers - New Raster Layer
Layers - Arrange - Sent to bottom
Flood fill this layer with the solid color
from your background materials box.
Click on your top layer and
add a New Raster Layer.
Type your text onto the side border.
Layers - Merge - Merge All (flatten)
Export using the JPEG Optimizer
and save.
Open Letter Creator and create an Incredible Letter.
