Scrolling Header
Supplies Here
For the frame, you can use the tut below, the
frame tube I've included, make one of your
own or use a PSP supplied frame.

for Picture Frame Here This tutorial was written by a very good friend of
mine Jamie Furner, owner of Artistry In Paint Shop Pro, who has given me permission to use her tuts and her
techniques.
Open the tube in PSP, Highlight the bottom layer.
Right click on the title bar of the tube - copy
Right click on your work space - Paste as a new image.
Close the original.
With the remaining tube, choose a color for the
background materials box. Choose white for your
foreground materials box.
Layers - New raster Layer
Layers - arrange - send to bottom.
Flood fill the bottom layer with the background
color you chose.
Layers - Merge - Merge all (flatten)
Open a new transparent image using the
resolution used for a full screen.
ie. 800 x 600, 1024 X 768
In the foreground materials box, click on
pattern and find the merged image.
Flood fill the transparent image with that pattern.
Effects - Image Effects - Seamless tiling.
use the default settings.
In the layers palette, lower the opacity to 20.
Layers- Merge - Merge All (flatten)
Export through the .JPEG optimizer
and save as your background image.
Close this image out.
You now have the original merged image remaining.
Apply your favorite frame, the one from the above tut, use one from
PSP, or use mine.
Image - Resize - 85% - Bi-cubic resampling, all layers
and retain aspect ration CHECKED.
Export through the .JPEG optimizer
and save as your header image.
CONTINUE FOR LETTER CREATOR INSTRUCTION.
Open Letter Creator.
In the Body section click on image, browse to the
folder for your background image, double click.
DO NOT TILE
Choose your font, font color and Signature color - or
come back to this step after your place your header image.
Set your Margins to Top = 0; Left = 25; Right = 10
In the header section, In the header box, choose center
placement. Hit your enter button to pace down once.
Browse to the folder to find your header image.
Double click to apply.
Continue with the regular steps in LC.
Save as a .jpg. Open Letter Creator and
creator an IncrediLetter.
