Letter Creator

Open your tube in PSP, duplicate, and close the original.

If needed, resize your tube to no more than 350 pixels wide.

Layers - duplicate. Close this layer by clicking on the eye
beside it. (Copy of Layer1)

Highlight the bottom layer (Layer1)
Lower the opacity on this layer to 34%.

Effects - Texture - Fine Leather with these settings,


Open and highlight the top layer (Copy of Layer1)
Image- Resize - by 85%- bi-cubic resampling -
lock aspect ratio checked - all layers NOT CHECKED
Use a tube inner bevel and a drop shadow if you choose.
I forgot to do it to mine. :)

Move the tube down and to the right as shown in the
example above. 

Layers - Merge - Merge VISIBLE

Image - Canvas Size - 
width 1024 (or what fits your resolution_
Height the height of your image plus 20 (or more).
Placement- middle-right.

Layers - New raster Layer.
Layers - Arrange - send to bottom

With white in the foreground materials box,
choose a color from the tube for the background box.

Right click in the foreground materials box and choose
gradient - foreground/background - angle 90%, no repeats.

Flood the bottom layer with the gradient.

Effects - Plugins - Brush Strokes - Crosshatch
with these settings.

You won't see a lot of difference until you do the next step.

Effects - Edge Effects - Enhance More.

Make your top layer active -
Layers - New Raster Layer
Add you mark.

Layers - Merge - Merge All (flatten)

Export through the JPEG optimizer and save.

Open Letter Creator and create an Incredible IncrediLetter.
