FM Tile Tools Filter

Open your graphic in PSP.
Duplicate the graphic twice. Close the original
Minimize one of the copies.

Using the active graphic:

Image - resize - Using Pixels (Not Percent)
Lock aspect ratio UNCHECKED.
Resize All layers CHECKED
Resize the image to 1024 x 400 pixels.

Effects - Image Effects -Seamless Tiling - Default settings.
Corner/Bidirectional; H and V = 0; transition % 50.

Adjust - Blur - Gaussian blur at radius 50.

Effects - Plugins - dsb flux- Linear Transmission
with these settings:


Effects - Plugins - FM File Tools - Blend Emboss at Default.

Selection Tool - Custom Selection set to 
Top and Left set to 0; Right set to 1024; Bottom set to 355
OK (You have selected the entire image except the bottom 
is 45 pixels short.)

Effects - 3D Effects - Drop shadow
H & V =1; O = 93; blur = 16.

DO NOT DESELECT

Selections - Modify - Expand by 15
Apply the same drop shadow

Selections - Modify - Expand by 15
Apply the same drop shadow.

Selections - Modify- Expand by 15
Apply the same drop shadow.

Selections - Select none.

Restore the minimized tube

Resize the tube to a height of 350.
With Lock Aspect Ratio and Resize All Layers CHECKED

Right click on the title bar of your tube - Copy
Right click on the title bar of your background image - Paste
As A New Layer. It will attach itself in the center of the image.
Lower the opacity on the tube layer to soften it.
I lowered mine to 50%

Layer - New Raster Layer - Add your mark.

Layers - Merge -MERGE VISIBLE.

Image - Canvas Size. 1024 X 1800
with top center selected for placement.

Layers - New Raster Layer 
Layers - Arrange- Send to bottom.

Flood fill the bottom layer with a color of your choice.
I used #63B5CD.

Layers - Merge - Merge All (flatten)
Export through the .JPEG Optimizer and save as a .jpg

When you open Letter Creator, choose the image.
Choose TILE, then choose image placement as CENTER.

(I set my left margin to 20 and my top margin to 390.)
