Incantation Frame and Background

Supplies Needed
mask (here)
graphic of choice
gold or silver pattern
Filter Factory V (here)
Plugins -Greg's Factory Outlet II (here)
PSP
Letter Creator

Open the mask and your graphic in PSP.
Minimize your mask.

Framed Image for border.

Open you graphic of choice, duplicate and close the original
Crop and/or resize your graphic so that it is not wider than
340 pixels.
Choose a light color from your graphic for the foreground.
Choose a darker color from your graphic for the foreground.
In your foreground materials box, set the pattern at your silver
or gold pattern.

Layer - New Raster Layer
Flood fill with your pattern
Layer -New Mask Layer- from image- find your SNFrame28
with source luminance check click ok.
Layers - Merge - Merge group
Effects 3 D Effect- drop shadow.

You may close your mask.
(If your graphic has a light color background
Image - add border - 1 symmetric black)

Image - add border - 3 symmetric any color not in your graphic.
Select the border with your magic wand. Flood fill with your
pattern.

Image - add border - 1 symmetric black

Image - add border - 3 symmetric - your foreground color

Image - add border - 1 symmetric black

Image - add border - 3 symmetric any color not in your graphic.
Select the border with your magic wand. Flood fill with your
pattern.

Image - add border - 1 symmetric black

Image - add boarder - 20 symmetric your foreground color.

Effects - Plugins -Greg's Factory Outlet II - Pool Shadow
Change the Intensity to 50. Leave all the others at default.

Effects - Plugins - Filter Factory V - Incantation
using these settings.

Effects-Texture -Blinds
Width 3, Opacity 50
color - your background color

Effects - 3D Effects Inner Bevel
with these settings.

Image - add border - 1 symmetric black

Image - add border- 10 symmetric with your background color.

Effects - Plugins - Greg's Factory Outlet II Pool Shadow
with the same settings as before.

Resize your image so that it is no more than 345 Pixels wide.
Resample using Bicubic
Be sure to check Lock aspect ration and Resize all layers.

Layers - New Raster Layer- Add your mark.
Layers Merge - Merge visible

Background.

Open a new transparent image 200 X 200
Flood fill with your foreground color.
Effects - Greg's Factory outlet II
All settings should be at 50

Effects - Plugins - FFV- Incantation
Use the same settings as before.

Effects - Image effects - Seamless tiling - Default

In your background materials box choose pattern
and find the one we just made.

Image Canvas Size
1024 x the height of your image + 10
Center left position.

Layer - New Raster Layer
Layer- Arrange - Send to bottom.
Flood fill with your pattern.
Effects - Image Effects - Seamless tile with default settings.

Layer- New Raster Layer. This layer should be in the middle
Flood fill with your foreground solid color and lower the opacity
so that you can see the pattern but still be able to read the text.
I set mine at 60%

Layers - Merge - Merge All (flatten)

Optimize with the JPEG Optimizer and save.

Open Letter Creator and make an Incredible Letter
Don't forget to tile your background.
