PSP 8 or above
Letter Creator
3 graphics
Triple Frame tube

Graphics and Frame Zip

Open your Triple Frame Tube and you 3 graphics in PSP.
Duplicate each and close the original to use another time.

Creating the Header

With your magic wand set at:
Mode-Replace; Match mode-RGB value;Tolerance-0;
Sample merged checked; Feather-o; Anti-alias checked;
and outside
Click inside the top frame.
Selections - Modify_expand by 5
Layer - New Raster Layer
Layer - arrange- send to bottom
Copy one of the graphics and paste into selection.
Selection - Select none.
You can close this graphic to clear your workspace.

Repeat the above steps with the other two
frames and graphics.

Leyers-Merge-visible.

Effects- 3D Effects- Drop Shadow with these settings;
V and H -4; Opacity-60; Blur-10; Color black

Choose a color from your graphics to use as a
background color.

Layers-New Raster Layer
Layers-Arrange_send to bottom.
Layers-Merge_Merge all (flatten)
Layer New Raster Layer - Add your watermark
Layers-Merge_Merge all (flatten)
Duplicate the header and minimize it for now.

Image- Palette- Set Palette Transparency.
Check
Set the transparency value to the current background color.
Image-Palette-View Palette Transparency.
Save to a folder as a .gif. DO NOT USE THE EXPORT!

Creating the background.

Open the minimized header.
Effects-Image Effects- Seamless tiling-default setting
Layer-New Raster Layer
Fill the image with your background color.
Lower the opacity on this layer to one that is easy
to read but lets some of the image show through.

This will be the background for your letter.
You may leave it this size or resize it.
