Running Water
This is my first tutorial for water animation.
There are other ways that I may explore in
future tutorials.
Graphic (here)
Mask (here)
PSP ( I wrote this for PSP8.
Others versions should work with little adjustments)
Open the graphic and the mask in PSP.
Layers- New Mask Layer - From Image

Layers - Merge- Merge group.
Effects - 3D effects - Drop Shadow.
H & V = 1; Opacity = 100; Blur = 0; Color black
Layers - New Raster Layer
Layers - Arrange - Send to bottom
Flood fill with your choice of colors

Layers - Merge - Merge All (flatten)
Using your lasso tool set to Point-to-Point
outline the water as show in the example below.
I have outlined it in red so you can see it easier.

2 duplicates of your masked image.
With the first graphic and the ants marching
go to Adjust - Add/Remove Noise - Add Noise
Uniform checked and 25%
Selection- Select none
With the second graphic and the ants marching
to back to Add Noise and choose 30 %
Selection - Select none.
On the third graphic with the ants marching.
use 35 % noise.
Selection - Select none.
With each graphic go to
File- Export- JPEG Optimizer- I used a compression of 20

I suggest you not add texture or noise.\
This letter is going to be big enough with the header
animated.
Optimize and save as a .jpg.
Open Letter Creator and create an

I hope you enjoyed this tutorial.
Any resemblance to another tutorial is
