DSB flux filter (here)
PSP (Written in PSP 8)
Open your tube and mask in PSP.
Minimize the mask.
Duplicate the tube and close the original
Choose white for your foreground materials box.
Choose a color from your tube for the background
materials box.
Open a transparent image 350 x 425
Flood fill with white.
Layers - New Raster Layer.
Flood fill with your background color.
Layers - New Mask Layer - from Image
Locate your Mask9_Kreations.msk and apply
Layers - Merge- Merge GROUP
Image - Canvas size.
1024 x 425 with the left/center arrow marked.
Layers - New Raster Layer.
Layers - Arrange - Send to bottom
In your foreground materials box right click
and choose gradient. Use the foreground/background
setting with the angel at 90 and repeats 0.
Flood fill your bottom layer with this gradient.
Effects - Plugins - DSB flux - bubbles and use
these settings.

Effects - Image Effects - Seamless tiling
with these settings.

Activate your top layer.
Right click on the title bar of your tube - Copy.
Right click on the title bar of your bg image
Paste-As A New Layer.
Use your mover tool to move the tube to the
left side over the mask. Use your deformation
tool to adjust the size of your tube to fit nicely
in that space.
Layer - New Raster Layer.
Add your mark.
Export with JPEG Optimizer and save.
Create an Incredible IncrediLetter.
